We were pleased to be able to make charitable contributions to the following organizations:
 
 With the help of many volunteers, last year's NatureFest was celebrated by visitors from  throughout the region and state.  Over 7,500 attended and about 450 guests got on the river -- over 300 were newbie's.

We were excited to host the launch of our second
TPWD Paddling Trail
from Hwy. 969 bridge to Fisherman's Park.
 
 
We were also privileged to cooperate with the
US Canoe Association and the
to bring the
40th Annual Aluminum National
canoe race to Texas. 
They raced the Wilbarger Paddling Trail on Saturday and Sunday.

Bastrop Paddling Trails
TPWD Launches the
Wilbarger Paddling Trail
 
Texas Parks and Wildlife - Texas Paddling Trail Project will launch the  second of three Bastrop Paddling Trails.  Paddle 14 miles of the Colorado River from Hwy. 969 bridge to Fisherman's Park.
